Clop-G Cream
Clop-G Cream is a topical medicine that consists of Clobetasol and Gentamycin. It is used to treat many bacterial skin infections. It helps reduce redness, pain, itching, rashes, purulent discharge from the infected site, etc., associated with bacterial skin infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria that cause infection and also by reducing the production of chemicals that cause swelling and redness. Clop-G Cream can cause some side effects like burning, irritation, itching and redness at the site of application. Inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen. Your doctor may recommend a patch test to check whether this medicine is safe for you, before using it on the affected skin. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience allergic symptoms like rashes, abnormal swelling, breathing difficulty etc. Clop-G Cream should be applied as a thin layer on the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. This cream is meant for external use only. Avoid direct contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, or broken skin. Rinse with water immediately if this medicine comes in contact with these areas. While using Clop-G Cream, refrain from touching or scratching your infected skin as it can spread the infection to other areas as well. Clop-G Cream may not be suitable for all people.
